You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Goes looking around the tattered tent, getting slightly spooked as the old hag raises her hand and talks towards him . He gives a brief nod before taking a seat. “My story eh..” he takes a pause thinking of all the events that have led him to where he is now. “I hail from the east coast of Aaun my family owned nothing. We lived on borrowed land and in exchange we mined for this Baron.. My mother would scrooge together any wheat just to make sure I would have breed to eat by dinner time and she would spend hours going and collecting fresh water to make sure I can have a drink.” he stops taking a deep breath “Once I turned the age of 12 my papa brought me down to where he worked.” he would shake his head in a saddened manner “He mines salt for this baron.. The smell of the salt being mined would make one go mad but he has not.” a slight smile coming to Kei’s face. “I mined salt with my papa not for fun, not for coin, but to build my body so once I leave this place I will never step back into this mine.” a slight grin upon his face “I left once I came of the age of 18 to forge my own path, clash swords, make my own coin and that is what has led me from a simple salt miner to an adventurer of the world.”
