2: Magic cannot be used when you just begin. You see, you have to learn it in-game and therefore I have to tell you to change your application a bit regarding that.  Yes, we have in-game magic, but frost magic isn’t one of them. The following link will take you to a wiki page that explains elemental magic (we call it elemental Evocation). When you find a teacher in-game you can make an application on the forums to be allowed to use that type of magic that you have learned. 

Make sure you do them within 24 hours, or the app will be denied unless i am contacted!
