Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"What do you mean? How do you know who I am?" Ruriks brows furrow. His hand remains on his belt near his weapon. After a few moments of silence, he let's out a sigh and plops down on the floor of the tent. "Alright I'll tell you my story, but only if you can provide me with information." He relaxes a bit, still being highly alert but moving his hand from the belt.  "I am a blacksmith, coming from a town far away from this dark hole. I heard I could find a rare material around this area, I was just looking for the location I was told about by my Intel provider when I was ambushed by a large group of Bandits..." Rurik looks around avoiding looking at the woman visibly frustrated. "I had to get away from them and that is how I ended up in this hellhole."  His tone shifts into something colder, more professional. "So" He finally looks at the woman. "What do you know about this?"
