You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
Example: He sat on the cushion quietly, whilst watching the old woman. Once his buttocks sat upon the fabric, he spoke: "Well, my name is Suljo. My family and I are fishermen and I came here to find a home and occupation. Y'see -" He crosses his arms as he begun to smile. "- I'm simple. I do not have any grand ambition. All I seek is security and stability - tough in a world like ours. I get my relaxation from fishing, whenever the world ain't secure and stable in my perception. Now..." He uncrosses his arms and gestures to the woman. "Do you happen to know what kind of fish I could gather in this area?"

How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: You avoid powergaming in roleplay via respecting and viewing your opposite roleplay partner as an equal - never automatically assuming their character is weaker than yours and etc. In case of powergaming brought upon from another player, involve staff or try to reason with your roleplay partner.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Meta-gaming is bad because we're supposed to be playing a role-playing game. If you're using information that your character doesn't have, then you are not roleplaying. What's the point if we're not roleplaying?
