Terra was born and raised in a loving household within in the nation of Elvenesse as the oldest of two children of the Hayle family, all of whom were Wood elves. When she was only twelve years old, her parents allowed her to venture a little into the woods alongside her little brother, Tomek, this is where she met a young girl around the same age, who she thought would have been her best friend forever. The females name was Bloom. They had been camping in the woods for a few hours before they started to form a fire to keep themselves warm. She insisted Tomek should keep himself inside the tent while they formed a fire. Terra left the area for a few moments while she collected some more branches and sticks to feed the fire. As she made her way back, she could see a fire forming ahead of her, however, it seemed too big to be the fire she had left moments before. Screams could be heard from the camp they had set up, both Tomek and Bloom were trapped inside their tents. Terra ran straight for Tomek's tent, pulling him out before the fire spread further, burning him. However, by the time she got to Bloom's tent, the fire had already reached her tent, burning both Bloom, and everything inside. Days after, a lot of people started to avoid her, calling her names, whispering about her as she walked by. Most of the whispering would be about her starting the fire on purpose, however, no one but Terra and Tomek knew that. Terra never really allowed people outside her family into her heart again. Behind closed doors, she would still be the same bubbly plant hoarder, but there was always barrier between her and everyone she would meet. She pulled out from school for a year, and was home schooled, taught by her parents within the comfort of her own home, and threw herself into learning everything she could get her hands on. The War of Ironwood, and the Forrester-Whitehill Conflict caught up to her happy little family. Later, in 1735, the Forest Realm of Irrinor declared war against the Silver State of Haelun'or, this lasted over many centuries. These peaked Terra's interests as she began to grow curious. Later, a letter arrived at her home with orders that her father must take arms and join the war. Terra would hope and pray every night that her father would stay safe, and return home. Once the war had finally ended, her father came back with multiple injuries from the fight. Every night, she continues to pray every night that her father recovers back to full health, mentally for the most part as he has seemed off ever since. However, despite all this, Terra was still a normal Wood elf that never knew much about heart ache, or death, just that inside of her, there was a part of her that hopes her father is never called away again.
