Lorith was born to a hunter and his wife, Theodore and Andressa Carroris near Renatus. He learned their trade and quickly became proficient with the tools, but couldn’t find himself willing to hunt. Killing was the easy part, especially in the cold months when the prey became scarce, but he couldn’t bear the waiting. Once he turned 16, however, he drank an abandoned pint while his father quibbled over prices of rabbit meat with a tavern owner. It was then that Lorith found his true calling. When Lorith was 17, his father fell ill. Nothing the couldn’t be cured with rest, though. The hunting fell to Lorith, and one day while out, he returned to find the house burned. A few of the orcs remained in it still toying with what was left of the place. Lorith ran and was nearly captured multiple times. Now, unsure if his parents are truly dead, he wanders, searching for a place to settle, moving far from Krugmar.
