1617 in the Citadel of Acael, Born as a female to a Guard who wanted a son led to her being brought up as a boy. Ena was sent to a military school to take her fathers position upon graduating. But, unfortunately, because Ena was terrible at all forms of combat she dropped out. Enas father was so enraptured in anger that he cast Ena out of their home. She now travels the country in hopes learning magic to return home and challenge her father to a duel to show she is strong enough to surpass him.
