You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: I think of what would be possible and fair to other players when roleplaying. I try to make it a good experience for everyone by being fair and not being over powered. I would have a realistic character and stick to the prompt and realistic actions of the character. I would make it realistic.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: It takes away the fun of roleplaying, and makes it not realistic. A player should not be over powerd and should stick to the story so everyone can have the most fun. Roleplayers make a story for a reason and disrupting the story or ignoring it makes the game not fun.
