    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Information that you got without being in character. Like someone on discord you need to help fight. But you didn't even know they are fighting in character. So the information that you got out of character.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Give opponent chances to react to your actions and don't do unrealistic stuff as ''I cut your head off'' then you're using power that your character doesn't have. Or having something that's too powerful for other players. So unrealistic actions.

Urug smelled food so he stopped at the dock to get some food. Then a well-dressed gentleman said ''welcome! What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place om society? Urug answerd by ''None of that. I'm here to get food where is the nearest place to get it?'' The man said ''If you go in the 24th street you will find it'' Urug walked away from the man and started walking to the 24th street. When he got there he saw a tavern and smelled the pork he's favorite food. He walked into the tavern and started asking for the pork.  They said he has to pay but Urug has no money. so he started intimidating them until he got his pork.
