    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: when you have out of game knowledge but use it for in game when you are not suposed to have that knowledge

    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: when chose to play for the more excesively powerful build and try to aim for that means minmaxin and doing things after metaknowledge and such
    can be fun at times but makes it rough for casuals players

    but it could also be when a player is a forceful player forcing their actions on others it even says so in your link
