A wondering historian who’s part of a guild of scholars exploring the world, trying to learn it's secrets and document them. As a beardling, Dwear became fascinated with the tales of ancient times and unlike his peers he didn’t desire to have legends told about him, but rather find the truth, document it and preserve it. And so, when he had proven himself worthy of this task to the guild Dwear left Jornheim to go on his quest of learning about the past of this world. In he’s travels he’ll make friends, encounter historic events and even take part in them. He’s always happy to share stories with the people he meets. He also works as a translator and storyteller and even sells books.

They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
