Demetrius Zidae Shred

                            Coming from a long family of Shreds his fathers name being Vincent and his mother Shikia, along with siblings that died off in the horrific events that took place in Asulon. With Demetrius being the last survivng kin of Vincent and Shikia his mother took care to try and aid Demetrius through this emotional hardship, while his father took his place in the battlefield, aiding the fight against the persecution his race was put through. Now being of age to handle a weapon Vincent took it upon himself to take Demetrius daily to train him in the art of swordplay and combat, instilling the future malice Demetrius began to feel towards those who brought malice to the dark elves. After the fighting ceased Vincent took his now small family to Malin’s Gorge to take refuge and perhaps thrive and lie low for the time being. With news of the oncoming disaster this place of seemingly endless fertility they’d once again grab whatever belongings they could hold and left the gorge. As the family tried to escape the erupting volacano that ravaged the earth surrounding him Vincent laid down his life for the woman he loved by hoisting his wife and only child up a seemingly unclimbable cliff as the bridge allowing them to cross had been taken out by a rogue boulder that had been slung from the volcano. With the death of his father Demetrius was now spiraling down into a dark place within his mind, having to live under the high elf opression  he vowed to keep his mother safe through these hard times. With the civil war between the elven races arising Shikia saw it best to stay out of the fued even. Though Demetrius wanted to side with the wood elves in defending their rule he decided that the saftey of his mother was all that mattered to him, and thus they followed Dak’ir. With the recent developements and the eventual assassination of the King of Oren the two would reside in Vailor before eventually having to move to Vailor, where they currently reside.
