Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Segfit walks over and sit on the cushion "I have been wandering from my homeland of the highlands in search of something greater, be it companionship, riches, or might, in my attempt to prove to my family my worth as a man." He takes a sip from his water pouch "Growing up I remember bleak winters and harsh hunger. I have never really desired much aside from something to be remembered by, I wish that my time on this plane would come to serve as many as possible but I most probably will die on this search, having achieved nothing, utterly cold and unremembered."
