    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: The actions that would not make sense in a real world sense, or in other words, character obtaining informations that he/she should not know, e.g. obtain information offline.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Dialogues and action that are unrealistic in the current situation which the character is overpowered or ignoring weaknesses. In a simple sense it is a type of lore breaking. e.g. if my character is tall but I went into a tiny hole full of elves.

Daibhidh looked left and right, amazed by how a city looks as it is not very often for him to leave his settlement.  He responded the gentleman, "Thank you, what a exceptional city, I think I will look around and discover what this place have to offer!". After the gentleman left,  he think to himself, " I came here with not much with me, I guess I should  now find a way to make some money.". Thus his journey begins...
