    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: describing your character or others (OOC) aka out of character, an example is in garrysmod (specifically the server Monolith I play on) Knowing someone is going to do something, and telling others although you were not there to hear them say they would do
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: forcing yourself to win a sinario, "I use my shield to block all of your attacks and force them onto you with x1000% power"

Origin:I grew up not in a large city or town for that matter, My father was a runaway and my mother was a woman he picked up while running. Father never said why he ran, we usually set up a camp for a month or so before moving again. Before I ran on my own we had a camp in the realm of Atlas, under Halsworthy just west of Rivid. I had always had a way with animals, able to calm them with a soothing word and a touch. My father thought me how to use a bow and how to be stealthy, (he never wanted me to touch a blade as having blood on my hands would deny me access to join him and the divines in the sky after I passed). After moving from Atlas to Arcas four years ago with a satchel full of goods, I realized I may need to get my hands dirty after all...

 

Mother: Avice Elsav, Neutral Evil Human that works as a Farmer. Our relationship was friendly. She is alive, but doing poorly due to an injury.


Father: Aldo Sonuv, Neutral Good Human that works as an Explorer. Our relationship was friendly. He is alive and well.

Older sibling. Avice Sonuv, Lawful Good human that works as an Academic. Our relationship was friendly. She is alive, but doing poorly due to injury / finances / relationship.


Older sibling. Cles Sonuv, Neutral Human that works as a Hunter. Our relationship was indifferent. He is alive and well.

 

Family: I was raised by my father. My mother disappeared to unknown fate.

Character Name: Han Sonuv
Character Race: Human
Character Gender: Male
Character Age: 22
Physical Description: Brown oily hair, worried face. Emerald eyes. His body, has slim arms, but strong legs. Wears a blue cloak, old leather pants, a quiver and leg guards.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

Your application was good, but there were just a few issues that need editing.
It would be beneficial for you to look back over your character’s backstory. The format you have provided for your backstory has not provided us with much information about the background of your character, truly. There should be some reference to lore in the backstory, which you do not currently have at the moment. I suggest looking at the wiki for more information about this. 
I also suggest that you should look for a more medieval-like skin (Which may also bring you to have to change the description of your character just a bit.). The skin you currently have would not particularly fit in with the time era of the lore. I suggest taking a look on websites such as Planet Minecraft or Miners Need Cool Shoes.

 You have 24 hours to make the changes. Please message me here on the forums, or through my discord once you’ve made the changes, and I’ll take another look at your application. If you need any help figuring out exactly what to change, shoot me a message on discord as well!
