Born to a wealthy but not outstanding family, which bloodline was no where close to being traced back to the ancient seeds. Ever-root was brought up to be a successful guard for his people. However he wasn't the perfect child his parents wanted, sneaking out to practice with his crude made bows, getting into trouble with others his age, and missing practice for the guard. For this his parents started to notice there wasn't much hope for their family to ever reach the standard they hoped for. So they put him in hiding and had a second child. They named their new son After their first, while calling their first born the most disappointing plant they could think of. Glint-weed. From age 23 he was treated as if he was a slave, they even went far enough to burn his body to resemble the pale white insides of the plant he was named after. He was fed the scraps, beat when he showed any kind of resistance, and shunned for doing anything right. His brother was formed into the "perfect" cocky son they wanted. Glint-weed tried many times to escape, all which failed due to the close watch of the family.
Upon the age of 50 he was granted adulthood and thrown from his home. Clothed in tattered leather and vine scraps he grew up in, told to leave. His father gave him a small amount of coin, said come back when you are not a disgrace the mother and father. You may return upon bringing light upon Cerridwen and Cernunnos. He has wandered, hunting and fishing to survive for the last three years, to which he stands today, ready for what the world brings to him.
