Terrhi Uialben is a mixture of a dark elf and snow elf. At a young age his dark elf father never talked to his snow elf mother, and so he spent most of his early life in a town next to Anthos, which was entirely devoted to collecting wheat for the city. (Nowadays its most likely gone). There he grew up, becoming amazingly skilled at collecting wheat for the village, and meeting his one and only love. He had 2 children with that woman, and was in a bliss-like happiness every single day.. until he turned 75.
One day Terrhi went out for a trip to try and expand the family farm, and came back home to a hooded foreigner murdering his wife and two daughters. In a overwhelming rage and sadness, he took his trusty wheat collecting scythe, and tried to murder the intruder, but ended up being beaten and put down by this mysterious man. (The man was leagues above him in combat and sheer power, so Terrhi believes it was some sort of Daemon)
While Terrhi was bleeding out on the floor, the man took his dagger and cut Terrhi's eye out, permanently scarring him, then curb stomping him in the head so he'd pass out. When he woke up, his neighbor had found him and fixed him up so that he would not die, but the damage had already been more than done.
Terrhi was depressed for years, wanted to end his life, but after nearly 30 years of being nothing but depressed.. he eventually snapped and went off his rocker
As a coping mechanism, his mind resorted to insanity. He wears flashy, over the top clothing compared to most elves. He wanders the realm without a care, befriending and messing with as many people as possible. Picking up some along the way. And bluffing and bullshitting his way out of most situations and drinking nonstop.
Nowadays he can be seen as a hoodlum and miscreant hanging around with his fellow street rats situated near the snow elven city of Fenn that he does lots of over the top things with.
(I put both Anthos and Fenn, if those aren't lore references than im severely confused as to whats a "lore reference")
