    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is a charater obtaining out of charater infromation that they didn't have before.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when someone uses god like abilitys and powers that make it unfair to others, or forcing emotes on some one like insta killing.

Read the scenario below this box and type out inside of this box how your character might respond. Your response must be at least four sentences long and include at least one action and at least one piece of dialogue surrounded by quotes.

 

                       Vuln looked at the man and tentatively walked over “Um hello, Thanks for the welcome, if you don’t mind me asking where is the nearest food stall is” 

    “Of course we do!” he said a little to loud for Vuln’s likeing “Follow me then!” he said as he walked off. Vuln jogged after him and followed eyes darting around trying to figure out where they were going. The man then stopped and pointed at a stand “here you go mam have a great day” and then walked off

 

     “This is going to be a long day” Vuln said with a sigh.

After reading the information below and logging in to LotC, you will find yourself in Tutorial Island and the NPCs there will give you a thorough overview of how to roleplay on LoTC.
