Middle child of a family of 5, Abel was born in a small cottage in Curonian lands. A simple but sometimes harsh upbringing provided by his simple woodman father and educated by a strict mother, Abel, and his older brother, Barol grew to be decent young men. Most of their days passed by helping their homestead. Between the two brothers, Abel was the curious one, always accompanying his father on the trips to the nearby settlements to trade. He even sometimes stayed at the settlements if he could find works for a lad of his age, mostly labor work.

When he was around 15 years old, her mother gave birth to their little sister, Carol, in which unfortunately she did not survive. This event would be the turning point for the homestead, losing his wife turned the woodsman a very bitter person over time. Abel started feeling distant to his older brother who was too timid to never stray out of their father's gospel. In the following years, the tension between the father and Abel grew bigger each year. Tired of being the ‘disappointing’ child and his own frustrations he decided to leave the homestead and make his own living in his own way. Saying bitter goodbyes to his family, in recent times Abel has been trying to live off by offering outdoorsman skills and menial work when he can't find anyone who will hire him for his craft, one day hoping to settle in the Avalain.
