Born and raised in Dominion, Elhall was the child of a baker. He had 2 sisters, one younger and one older, and an older brother. Elhall was always a responsible child who studied and tried to impress his parents. Although he hoped for success he never quite knew where he wanted to go in life. Elhall’s brother, Obiel, was the opposite. Rebellious, mischievous and chaotic, he never did as he was told. Elhall, however, saw the good in his brother and enjoyed his company. When Elhall was 17 Obiel left the Dominion and asked Elhall to join him. Elhall did not wish to leave his family but decided to follow his brother to keep him safe. they travelled together for 2 years before Obiel left Elhall to explore much more dangerous locations. Elhall temporarily returned to the Dominion for a few months before being informed his brother was now a wanted outlaw. Elhall prompty packed his things, said goodbye to his family, and set out to search for his brother.
