    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when you base in-character decisions on information that your character would not have any way of knowing. Ex. Character being aware of lore/history of certain past events without being expressly told in character.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when you insist that something happened that cannot actually happen(defined in server rules/lore guidelines) or doesn't allow another character to respond. IE: Character is a mage and uses the power of *insert sky god here* to smite the entire world down.
