Born in the Kingdom of Norland to his father (Rainier) and his mother (Jane) they were a family of hunters and provided assorted meats and Ernis's Brother (Armin) Cut and sold the meat. One night his father called for the family to meet in the woods and Ernis his mother and brother meet at the designated spot and out of the darkness his father lunged at Ernis's brother and plunged his sword into him killing him instantly; his father then want on about "the plan" and how "its all for you". As he took slashes at Ernis's mother his mother told him to run he didn't comply at first but when his mother was stabbed his mother screamed run to which he did he mother then took the knife from the side pocket of the father and plunged it into the father kinging him. the mother however, didn't die instead finding Ernis lied down and said her good byes and made sure to tell him to trust only her brother or Ernis's uncle; after three days in the forest he finally made it out and found his uncle who brought him in. over the next decade or so his uncle raised him trained and and taut him the ways of the red faith which he was a member of. one day his uncle was supposed to be home for training but never showed and he sought out the red faith and found a member who had to inform him that his uncle was killed in combat saving civilians but dyeing at the hands of a skeleton commander of the scourge. many emotions ran through him but revenged determination and rage ran through him he dawned his armor and vowed to join the red faith as a knight and finish what was meant to be finished so long ago, take down the scourge once and for all.
He looks to the man with a stern looks and says with a deep aggravated voice, "I have no interest in such desires, what I strive for no mina can buy , revenge and honor are the only currency I accept."
The man is taken a back by this and says, "well that puts me in a hard spot but what do you want fello cause if you want it i assure you, it can be bought!" Ernis looks him dead in the eyes and with a agrovated tone says, "you cant bribe death." He then walks away the man behind "says well s-safe travels!"
