    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using information outside of your character in character.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: When you use an emote that does not allow the other person to react accordingly, like if I were to say, Owen launched Astrofr off of a cliff.

I would say, "I don't want to buy anything, leave me alone.". After this short interaction, I would then walk through the bazaar and ask for information on where I am and the opportunities I have in this place.
