You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
Eirine would be qiuet for a while, looking at the seat the woman offered. "Uh.." She stumbled, a little shy. She looked at the seat once more. Only when the woman offered her to sit a second time, the white girl would sit. "I was born in Haelun'or, where I've lived for well..."as she tried not continue to stumble."my entire life. My father was a smith, and my mother raised me. I spend most of my time in the Eternal Library, as both my parents wanted me to become really smart in order to get a well-paid job later." She would play with her fingers, seeming quite nervous yet having some aura of wisdom around her, as if she knew what she was doing."I plan on studying in the Eternal College, but that might just become a dream."As she sank away in thoughts, like she does so many times.
