Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

With a brief expression of confusion that melts away to curiosity while he softly fixes his ruffled and old ragged clothing. Turning his attention fully upon the woman, He begins to quickly and almost excitedly make a few hand gestures before considering his current host. With a ragged sound similar to a slight laugh, he rubs the back of his head and checks his pockets for a small dirty piece of paper. While presenting the paper that has his name, and a small greeting on it, he simply breaths out the words "Finding a Home"
Given time and patience he'd explain, with his gravelly voice, a common sad beginning of his Birth being his Mothers end, and how his Father took was constantly on the move for a reason he never learned. Taught to hunt and live on the land in a very minimalist style, the young Wood Elf held many a conversation with his Father through a quiet series of hand signals so as to never giveaway the element of surprise or disturb the quiet sincerity of nature. Having the name 'Yuki' being a poorly pronounced mix of the words 'Yuln' (meaning Gemstone) and 'Kae' (meaning Me but intended as my) from his passing mother supposedly meaning 'My Gem'. Now, after being alone for a rough five or so years, His father had passed, and he was set on starting a new life for himself.
