How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is using information obtained outside of your character, information your in-game character would not know, to give yourself an advantage in-game.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is the use of role-play mechanics to unrealistically assert control over another character. For example, Jack here is powergaming “Jack pummels Harry with his fists, immediately disarming and knocking Harry unconscious,”
