    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meta-gaming is acting on information which your character does not know from IC encounters or correspondence. For example, if you learn something OOC from a friend and apply it in roleplay.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power-gaming is when you roleplay in such a way that is too powerful for what you could realistically do, or forcing someone to do something with emotes, not giving your opponents much of a way to counter.
