    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meta gaming is gaining information from sources outside of the game. An example of this would be reading up on a boss in DnD and preparing characters for said boss.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is defined as giving your characters abilities or performing actions that your character cannot. Such as using catapult without knowing the cantrip.
