Biography
Born on a small insignificant farm on the southern edge of the Norland Kingdom to Darius and Ellania Offarus, as the second child of soon-to-be children of three.
At a young age, Hannas always beleived that there was more to the world than simply farming and wanted to explore when he was older.
By the age of 10, a war came and his father was conscripted into the Norland Armies to combat growing number of bandits along the borders.
After another two years (12), Hannas's father returned, injured from his time of in battle. Darius began training Hannas, his older brother, and younger sister in various combat styles he was taught.
At the age of 18, Hannas expressed certain dislikes with the military and how the nobility just easily conscripted his father years ago, feeling it to be unjust. After a brutal argument between loyalty to the king and duty to the common man, Hannas prepared to leave with consent of his parents, feeling that it was the best due to the opposing view points. His father gave him his sword and bow in hopes it would protect him when he left.
At the age of 19, Hannas learns more on the tenants of the Red Faith and feels that while the main points are focused well, the leadership is flawed in their direction. Those Unworthy are not just the evildoers in the world, but anyone the clerics deem so. No one man has the right to call another an enemy due to greedy or "pious" reasons. Due to this mindset, Hannas believes that a more concentrated outlook on the Red Faith is required to uphold any who wish to use the religion as an excuse to destroy another. He secretly dubs this "the Blue Faith", and starts wearing blue to symbolize this, even if he doesn't spread the word on it.
For the next few years (19-30), Hannas worked as a low-level mercenary and freelancer, finding lost items, catching bandits and theives, but didn't shy away from doing his own dirty theiving work for the right payment. At this point, Hannas beleived as long as he could use his abilities to help people where he could through any cost. He didn't do work when it harmed the common people, be it burglarly or being a brute.
By the age of 32, Hannas continued moving between towns and never stayed in one kingdom for too long, but didn't do any deed worthy enough to be supremely recognized as hero nor villian. Just a simple man looking to make some sense in the wild world around him.
Hannas smirks under his face covering at the fine gentleman. "Adventure mostly." He replies plainly in a gruff tone due to breathing in the salty air of the sea for too long. "By the looks of your attire, you're either some sort of aristocrat or business owner. You can offer me a job or point me to market for adventuring gear. Your pick."
