    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using information gathered out of character that could benefit you or alter an outcome altogether based on your character's decisions being altered when you implement them In-character. You CAN learn something but not change a bias by staying in character and continue to make decisions and be a good fun loving plays or be an annoyance and metagame.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Playing out things that are beyond your control. Say another player, for example, is in combat with you and you choose to make a move for them such as severing their limb and not giving them the opportunity to react.
