Sebastian Blackwood is an immature and curious young boy who hails from the Nation of Santegia. Coming from a fairly wealthy merchant family, Sebastian was raised with all the comforts a boy could reasonably have. This changed on his 18th birthday, where his Father gave him an order. Go out into the world and become a stronger man, find a job, and make a name for yourself. That's how Sebastian Blackwood finds himself out in the world with a paltry allowance, his rapier, and his starry eyed naivety of the world before him.

She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
