You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
"Umm.. Hello," I hesite for a second.
"I apologize for coming in without notice. "
The woman nods, as if to say she doesn't mind.
While reminiscing about the past I sit down on the ground with knees to my chest and say: "I am not quite sure where to start my story..."
"I... I want to get stronger, so I came here. I lost many people dear to me because of my incompetence, that's why I'm alone now."
A brief moment of silence passes and I continue.
"There are some people after me..., therefore is I need to become the strongest I can be as soon as possible and also find some clues that may help me avenge my lost ones."
I realize I've talked too much and quickly add cautiously: "I can not tell you more than this, it could be dangerous for you to know."
The woman gives me a pitied look and says: "I guess that means you can not stay for long."
"Yes, unfortunately...," I reply
"Alright, then let me at least recommend you some places, that could help you achieve your goal," The woman says in an energetic voice as if she could talk all night.
