    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming in my own words is using a piece of knowledge you've acquired OOCly, and applying it within roleplay without any prior reference, awareness or knowledge of it.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming in my own words is implying that your action is successful and that they cannot respond with their own action at all. Overpowering is an opponent during a fight is a stereotypical powergaming technique in which they'd always have the chance to shrug off attacks and hit you harder.
