    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Metagaming is when you use out of character context, or to get some sort of advantage, for example if you're being attacked or your town is getting raided and you ask for help in discord or teamspeak, or if you use knowledge gained outside of the game or
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Also referred to as power emoting This is when you use an emote to try to attempt to do something their character cannot do for example "Hunter flys away" this is also a form of meta gaming. To add onto this, it is also power emoting when you do an emote

Sathorian is a highlander, and is part of the Kaedrin. He never knew his parents and mainly fended for himself working odd jobs and occasionally stealing as he grew up. Once he grew in to his later teen years, he then moved on and started studying the art of writing. He mainly wrote for himself as entertainment and never published any of his works, and he made note to never dable in politics or religion as he considered himself an atheist and believed that there was no higher power. Eventually he saved up money from working, and decided he wanted to move out into the wilderness because he hated being around people as they made him anxious. When he became a hermit, he decided to read into Highlander history and become more knowledgeable regarding it. After living a simple life for 2 years or so Sathorian eventually at the age of 21, Sathorian decided he wanted to go back to Society and try to track down his parents, as he had quite a bit of money left and the hermit lifestyle was beginning to bore him and he wanted to rejoin society once more, the city he decided to head to was Sennisten to search for his parents

Physical Description: Long luscious dark hair, scar under the right eye, about 6 foot tall, puzzled look most of the time, dark blue eyes.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
