    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Playing 'outside' of your character, with information and knowledge your character doesn't know. For example: one of your friends is being attacked on the other side of the city, and your character has no way of knowing what's happening. But your friend messages you and asks you to help. You run towards him and help. This would be metagaming because, as i said before, your character couldn't know what was happening.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Making your character to overpowerd, by for instance giving it the ability to fly. This is unrealistic and unfair towards other players. Forcing an action upon other players is also considerd powergaming. For example: 'Bromdor pulls out his sword and with one sweep he kills you.' when it should be: 'Bromdor pulls out his sword and tries to kill you with one sweep.'
