    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Using or acting on knowledge you as the player acquired that your character could not possibly know. ex: using things another person has told you OOC that your character wouldn't know in rp.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Unrealistic use of emotes to steer the roleplay in the direction you want, without letting the other person have any say. ex: insta kill, insta heal, etc.
