    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Emoting is such a way to give the other person no time to defend/fight back example *Freda Cuts Off Your Arm, Hitting Your Artery And Killing You.*

Born to a farming family, Oliver learned the trade and for a long while wanted to carry his fathers craft after his death, but when bandits pillaged his farm, and attacked his sister, he took to swordsmanship training, and bought a set of Chain-mail. At his eighteenth birthday he celebrated then ventured out to find the bandits who had done unspeakable things to his beloved sister. He found that he loved adventuring and never stayed in one place too long, but he never lost track of his mission. After 9 years of searching for the bandits that attacked his farm he still hasn’t found them, but will never give up till he finds their already dead bodies, or kills them himself. While he was wandering he made stops at both the West Peaks, and the East Peaks, and greatly enjoyed his time there with some friends he found along the way. Distantly related to John 1, 10th Emperor of Oren, he has enjoyed the look on peoples faces when he mentions it. For a couple years after he left his farm, he had to save up money for travels and rented a small home in Fenn with two other people, They still send letters to this day.

Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
