You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

You hesitate to respond to the old hag eyeing her questioningly. Eventually you sigh and thud down on the cushion. "My name is Vof Pinnul and I'm coming through town looking for any work." You pause for a second to see if she will offer anything. Continuing, "I've been a laborer my whole life, doing any jobs my muscles allow, but times have been tough as of late." You keep a hard gaze on the woman. "Whether it be a life by the sword, shovel, axe, or what have you, I have likely done it." Hoping for some acknowledgement, "I wish to earn enough money to start my own farm and begin providing for myself." You pause for a moment before, "Then maybe I will finally be able to start my search for my father or of any information on his whereabouts or his past."
