My character when he was a child was much weaker then most high elves, and people looked a bit down upon him for it especially his family who wanted him to be a fighter. He studied and gathered any information who could get his hands on. A hunger for information drove him to be more secluded, open minded and cowardly when faced with danger. As he grew he knew he needed something new something he could not have before he did not understand that urge quite yet. His family died slaughtered in a battle, but they were not forgotten. His family died while fighting for their old home Lin’evaral when the scourge invaded, but for their effort some high elves payed a visit to their grave once a year at least. Ondle was not concerned with his family's death he never truly loved them and was glad they were gone more time to search for that urge and to learn. He soon figured out he wanted love and one day he found it while shopping he met a human women who peaked his interest. He fell in love and ten years later he got married to the women and they built a little wooden house together. A few high elves found out about this and stopped Ondle from making his family line impure they decided to burn down the house with Ondle’s wife inside. With no where else to turn he took a few books and hit the road no clear destination ahead but he knew he had to. As he left he decided to abandon all his high elf culture left any thing he was carrying that reminded him of his past life behind except his backpack the gift he got from his mom for all his books he tried to leave it behind but his will broke for it now hes just alone with his backpack.
