    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Knowing and a special event or have out of game information and having your oc know that information in game when they had no way of knowing. Its a basic term of game cheating or being "op"
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: its god moding which is just being way over power and if someone where to attack you, you would act as if you where never touched this can also cross into meatagaming knowing your oc meant to be taken in or something and "avoiding that situation" which can ruin plot plans. being op

A changed of pace a new color in my life!" *She smiled widly as she felt her heart skip. Saying those words out loud for the first time and now living that goal she felt as if the world was right in her hand and she could explore it all.*
