Brulmaeg was born to Helga and Thorin Thunderbrew. Thorin, Brulmaeg's father passed away while he was only one or two years old so he was raised solely by his mother and the traveling circus they were apart of. Brulmaeg's parents were apart of a group of dwarven circus actors (whom originated from The Grand Kingdom of Urguan) that had traveled all around Almaris. Brulmaeg, ever since he could remember was going around traveling everyday visiting a new kingdom or city, he did not actively participate as a circus actor until the age of 12. In which Brulmaeg found he was a very skilled eater, he could drink or eat anything set before him. Of course Brulmaeg and his mother Helga stayed in the circus group as it was there only way to survive and receive money, however Brulmaeg's act was having a very negative effect on his health, around the age of 16 he had grown to be very fat so his mother had restricted him greatly from performing the act. One fateful when Brulmaeg was 25, his mother passed away unsure of what reasons but this caused Brulmaeg to go into a deep depression drinking and eating non-stop, not even for money but just to drown out the sorrow. Brulmaeg has continued this lifestyle up until now at the age of 50, no matter where he goes he just drinks and drinks to eventually quell the sorrow he has from his mother's passing away.
"What brings me here? Drinks, tell me where is the tavern?" Brulmaeg would say with a furious tone "It's over there!" The man would point down the street and in a matter of seconds Brulmaeg would go storming off towards the tavern
