Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

"Ah, I suppose I could indulge in a bit of sharing." She sat herself down on the cushion, her hair shimmering softly in the floating candlelight. "My name is Nadina, I've been travelling the woods distant from here for some time, I've made my living from what the forest gifts me." She glances up at the old hag, furrowing her brows slightly in thought. "It eventually led me to working odd jobs in a tavern, then to here, where I seek to find a forest to settle down in and stake my claim in this world."
