Noelle was born in the Kingdom of Norland, and around the age of 3, her mother mysteriously disappeared, and her father cut off almost all contact with her. He was never home, causing Noelle to be neglected at a young age. She grew up in an average home and was educated through others living around her. During this time she developed trauma due to the events of her mother dying and her father neglecting her, causing her to become very introverted and disconnected from others. She has difficulty controlling her emotions because of the events that occurred in her childhood, and she usually shuts people out of her life due to fear of being abandoned, even though she desires companionship, which is an internal conflict of hers. She's never been very close to others and she currently wants to change this because she's tired of living her life in the shadows of others. She's attempting to communicate with others more and build friendships that she was unable to as a child, but it's difficult for her because she cannot seem to put her past memories behind her. She would grow up to want to travel the world and meet new people while attempting to mend the wounds created in her past.
She stops suddenly and looks at the man for a second before replying. "Oh, hello." she says with a surprised look plastered onto her face. "Um... I came here to meet new people and see where my life takes me I guess," she directly states as she awkwardly smiles back. The mans smile fades a bit and he quickly analyzes Noelle, noticing that she looks lost. He brightly exclaims, "Ahh I see... you haven't been here before have you?" He motions towards the street on his left and states, "You can always make a trip to the local tavern if you are seeking shelter and a place to meet all sorts of new people, as well as grab yourself a drink young lady. If you're old enough that is..." he states with a rather jokingly stern look on his face. Noelle looks at him, feeling slightly more comfortable around him, which is rare for her since she hasn't had much human contact throughout her whole life. She calmly states, "Oh, that sounds interesting, I guess I'll go check it out." The man extends his hand and happily states, "There's plenty of things to discover in this city, many places to go and many people to see, I hope all goes well for you m'lady." Noelle pauses for a moment then awkwardly extends her hand as well. They shake hands and smile at each other. Noelle then walks in the direction of the tavern, nervous to discover what her life will transform into.
