    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when a player is talking out of game to someone about something happing and suddenly joining and going to see it.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Someone who makes it impossible to get hurt or kill them making them seem having godly powers.

You’ve just stepped off of the boat in the port of a massive and fortified city. Before you lies a sprawling bazaar, with numerous shops, stalls, and seated traders selling wares to folk of all walks of life. Just as you’re about to continue walking onwards, into the market, you’re approached by a well-dressed gentleman who looks upon you with a big smile. “Welcome!” He began. “What brings you to this lovely city? Adventure? Wealth? Or some grand aspirations to elevate your place in society?”
How do you respond?

 

Eudora slowly looks up at the man who seems to about to go to a wedding or something.  "Hello...My name is.." Eudora hesitates, than keeps going "Eudora. E-u-do-ra." She then shyly waves and rushes to get away. The poor man looks up confused, but understandable because this isn't the first time he met someone as shy.
