Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

*Sophie sits down onto the cushion that the hag gestured at* “My story is a boring one miss, I'm simply traveling these lands to reach my sadly deceased fathers tavern in the hopes to continue his legacy” *sophie says sadly tears running down her cheeks* “Though I do hope that wherever he is now he is watching me. But let’s not get sidetracked now, I recently ventured through a swamp before making it here, I did sadly encounter some kind of monster, but I did out run it.” *Sophie lifts up her top, exposing her back to show a giant scar running down it* “I escaped but it did sadly manage to get me”
