    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is when you apply information that you know outside the game, to characters that wouldn't know it. For example you help your DM set up a campaign, then use the information later to know where to look for loot and monsters even though the actual character shouldn't even be looking.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when you enforce actions in the narrative that your character can't reasonably do, or like demanding an outcome that isn't a guarantee.

"Just work, I think." He looks around at the bustle of the city, obviously apprehensively.
Janr asks him with a sigh. "You think this place has room for less ambitious people?"
