    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Abusing information given to you outside the game. ie: someone tells me OOC someone in-game is at a location.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Abusing in-game mechanics and assuming an action taken against another character succeeds against someone else who doesn't get the choice to counter act.
