    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming, often also referred to simply as 'Meta', is the use of information acquired out-of-character, in-character. example: such as when u get information from websites like wiki or apps like discord and use of that information in your role play(like if your character just suddenly learned how to use a ancient magic) without actually getting the information in the game.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is the carrying out of unrealistic, unfair, or godly actions. This includes forcing emotes on other characters, whether inside or outside of combat, performing unrealistic physical or mental feats, such as a Halfling easily besting an Olog in single combat, ignoring the effects of a mental disability, or ignoring the effects of magic, and otherwise acting godly, such as being invincible and possessing unfair and lore-breaking powers.
