Frida was born in a secluded farming village in the north, to a humble, loving logging family. Her childhood was very uneventful, with no siblings or other children her age in the village to entertain her. She was lead to seek out her own adventures, sneaking out into the forest and gaining an interest into nature and escaping the mundane farm work at home. As she grew into her early adolescence it was clear for everyone to see that the young lady had no care for the quiet life, bringing home spoils of bugs and insects from her adventures to show her parents proudly. One day whilst Frida's father was at market, he bought a bow for the girl, and began to teach her to hunt and forage. By her young adulthood, she was a well revered hunter in her village, bringing in coin and not settling for bad prices.
Though her parents had settled for what they had, Frida had always had a hunger for more, and now that she was finally an adult, she had decided to leave. Grabbing her bow, quiver and armour, Frida set out from her village, kissing her Mother and Father goodbye and warning them that she might not be coming back. Frida spent most of her early adulthood travelling the world, from small towns to big cities; she used her hunting skills to bounty hunt, finding that hunting animals gave too little coin to live on whilst travelling.
Bored and tired of constantly being on the move, Frida found a home in the Nation of Norland, intrigued by her Highlander ancestry and familiar with the aggressive nature of the people. For most of her life Frida hadn't been religious, or tried to, but in Norland she was surrounded by it. Hard to avoid, she learned of the Red faith and with it matching a lot of her own thoughts and values, she quickly turned to it, naming Aelfwynn av Vuttelund as her Paragon.
Frida spent her late twenties taking whatever bounties she could get, and selling hides to mercantile companies in the city. Constantly looking for more, a certain company caught her eye, the Icathian Company; now she looks towards them in aim to become a mercenary.
Frida proudly walks up to the man, an heir of confidence surrounding her. "I'm looking for any bandits on the road I could hunt for a bounty. Additionally, I'd like to find somewhere to sell some animal hides. Do you happen to know of anywhere I can do either in this city? If not, just point me towards the nearest tavern."
