Lynx grew up as an urchin in the New Reza, he fought for his life constantly, and his single mother died of a mysterious illness when he was just a boy. growing up he was mostly alone, Just fending for himself and wondering. At the age of 16 he decided to teach himself to read and write, he was quite smart so this wasn't too big of a problem. One of his favorite books was about the major citys of the world, his favorite being The Holy Orenian Empire. He kept his mind and his body healthy as best he could with what he was given. One day a man approached him and offered to take him under his wing, as the man felt empathy for Lynx as he was once in his shoes. Over a few years he took Lynx as one of his own, being the father figure Lynx never had growing up. He taught Lynx how to fight, How to cook, How to talk to women, Everything a father would do for his own boy. When he turned 19 he found out that the man that had been his mentor and his friend had been killed by a group Orc bandits. Lynx started searching for the bandits, And in a few months he had found them. As they were sleeping his snuck into their small settlement and set fire to their tents and killed them. That was the age Lynx had killed someone for the first time. He was swept with guilt and sadness realizing what he did was wrong, and that the man who mentored him wouldn't have wanted this. He decided to get back to reality and he started working as a black smith. He learned all there was to learn about smithing and then quit. He had learned enough, and wanted to go back to his free life style of sleeping on the road and wandering. Over the 2 years of wandering he did a lot, He took sword fighting lessons, and eventually became quite good at the art of the sword. He became a became a bandit for a year, and then eventually left after a disagreement with one of his higher ups. He was back to being alone, but he wasn't done. He was ambitious, he was free, and most of all he had a dream.
-Lynx would first look at the man for a moment, just admiring his confidence and demeanor. Then would respond to the man- “Im actually a wanderer from the high lands, Im here because I heard it was quite a big city with a lot to offer. I have a dream to travel the world. And I would really like to start here!” -He would then reach out to shake the mans hand.- “How about you, are you a local here?’
